You must copy NeopopVITA folder from zip to cache0:/ with FTPVITA in order to have:

  • cache0:/NeopopVITA/background.png
  • cache0:/NeopopVITA/bg3x.png - Customizable border

Launch neopoppsp.velf with Rejuvenate as usual
