clab: scripts for cross development

clab is a set of scripts, patches and configuration files
to deploy tools for cross-platform software development.

clab contains the scripts for many purposes
  * configure crosstool-ng to build and install toolchain;
  * configure, build and install qemu system emulator;
  * build nessesary firmware (openbios, seabios, barebox);
  * build linux kernel;
  * build and compose busybox-based root filesystem;
  * run built linux under qemu.
