Datepicker does not display seconds correctly in range 0-9 #6917

The datepicker in Frappe does not correctly display seconds in the range 0-9 correctly.

For example, 23:49:02 would be incorrectly displayed as 23:49:2.

A pull request fixing this issue in the Frappe fork of air-datepicker is available here:
frappe/air-datepicker#1

The minified file will then need to be added to the main Frappe repository (but that is beyond my JS experience so best left to someone else).

This is now fixed in the datepicker repository although it has not yet, I think, been merged into Frappe.
