Description

Changed all protocol relative URLs to HTTPS URLs.
For example
<script src="//code.jquery.com/jquery-2.2.3.min.js"></script> to
<script src="https://code.jquery.com/jquery-2.2.3.min.js"></script>
Changes are not breaking any site functionality or any links.
