  2. shared/en/urls.adoc: :manual-site: man.freebsd.org 

    Add: 

:manual-site: https://man.freebsd.org/

Plan to use this in (English) <https://www.freebsd.org/releases/13.2R/readme/>, which already includes shared/en/urls.adoc.

(Corresponding changes for other locales – /shared/bn-bd/urls.adoc and so on – can wait until after 13.2-RELEASE is announced.)

  3. 13.2R/readme: refer to https://man.freebsd.org/ 

    Where 'hypertext manual pages gateway' appeared (visually) as a link, but was not a link: 

* modernise and simplify the wording in this section of the page
* create a working link.

    The link to <https://www.freebsd.org/doc> was unusable. Fix this.

'FAQ(Frequently' lacked a space. Fix this.

  5. 13.2R/readme: email, lists: corrections, updates 

    'help-there' was wrongly hyphenated. Fix this. 

<https://www.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo> does not exist. Fix this, and the outdated mentions of Mailman. 

Remove the shouty box that tells everyone to not send subscription requests to the wrong addresses. This type of thing might be better placed in a book or article, although <https://lists.freebsd.org/> is clear enough for people to not make such mistakes. 

More broadly: update and improve this section of the page.
