Feature request

Description

Currently Orbot/Orfox users are getting an incorrect warning (#2510). In that bug it was discussed that the correct resolution here is to show a custom warning to Orbot/Orfox users that we recommend using the desktop version of the Tor browser, given that Orbot/Orfox have not been audited and don't offer all the anonymity protections the desktop browser does.

User Stories

As an Orbot/Orfox user, I want to get accurate security advice when accessing a SecureDrop instance.

As a news organization, I want to be sure that my potential sources receive accurate security advice about their use of tools like Orbot and Orfox.
