SublimeGotoTab lists open tabs similar to the handy Goto Anything. It's a fork of Tab Filter.
Invoking Goto Tab either from Goto menu or by add the following to your own keymap file:

This plugin is compatible with Sublime Text 2 and 3.
Intall by either git clone or seatch goto tab in Package Control.
