Consider adding service worker to do "client side routing"

This would not really be client side routing. A request to the server would still be made, but it would be differential - so for example only the body would be fetched, not the entire document with the wrapper.

This is not going to happen anymore. The new architecture with islands does not permit it. All page rendering happens on the server.
