Implement http://vfpt.uservoice.com/forums/247560-general/suggestions/6183603-tab-to-next-reference.

These are two native commands in VS: Edit.NextHighlightedReference and Edit.PreviousHighlightedReference.
The default key bindings in C# editor are Ctrl Shift + Arrow Down and Ctrl Shift + Arrow Up respectively

Works nicely, but if we go at a usage that's not visible, the caret disappears. I think we should scroll the editor such that the current usage is visible (at the last / previous to the last line?).

Cool feature. Initially I didn't understand what's it about, I thought it's for "Find all references". Thanks!
