Paket init downloading prerelease version of bootstraper #1040

As in title.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create new empty folder
  2. Open with it Atom with Paket.Atom installed
  3. Run Paket: Init command

Result:
.paket folder is created and paket.bootstraper.exe is downloaded. But wrong version of bootstraper is downloaded.
