Frontend Boilerplate

This is my personal boilerplate setup that acts as the starting point for frontend development workflow.

Note that this is customized structured directory for custom web project. For more detailed and scaffolding generator template, take a look at Yeoman gulp webapp generator and Google Web Starter Kit

Dependencies

Installation

  • Clone the repository to your computer.
  • cd to project directory.
  • Run npm install on command line to download all dependencies OR
  • Run yarn on command line to download all dependencies

Usage

  • Run gulp --tasks to see all available tasks.
  • Run gulp to create a fresh copy of build files.
  • Run gulp serve to run Browsersync and automatically watch files for changes.
  • clean, copy, css, js, html and img all available as individual task that can be run manually with Gulp.
