I am mentioning this line: https://github.com/ftlabs/fastclick/blob/master/lib/fastclick.js#L520

According to my testing increasing this time to 150ms actually works better for focus. This is because I am trying to work on a code which makes the header on a webapp stay static during the keyboard popup.

But the keyboard focus event comes in too late usually unless I increase this timelimit to 150ms in that case fastclick works as expected and allows me to focus on the element early.

After reading this ticket: #36

I noticed that initially we had the time limit set to 150ms later reduced to 100ms for some android devices. I think we need a better solution than that, perhaps preventing a second focus on the input element when we trigger it ourselves.
