This theme is quite outdated, use Simple theme instead :)
Theme for Apache directory & file listings.
Get a copy of theme folder. Then use vhost.conf example to either modify Apache virtual configuration starting with setting correct path in 'autoindex' alias, or replace every path (even in header.html) and use it in .htaccess file.
