Do one of the following in timeline view (or any view really) with a TOUCH device:

  • have selectable:true and make selection. Drag to the extreme of the view, causing autoscroll to happen.
  • start resizing an event. Drag to the extreme of the view, causing autoscroll to happen.

For either interaction, when the interaction is over, there is no select callback that gets fired nor an eventResize callback.

This is a bug with touch devices only and is probably related to preventDefault() causing the touchend event not to fire.
