- using SCANNER.TXT for frequencies, ranges also supported. file format is the same as any other frequency file, thus can be edited via the Frequency Manager. - add nfm bw selector & time-to-wait to the UI - add SCANNER.TXT to sdcard dir orignal idea & scanner file adopted from user 'bicurico'
