File Manager: Folders in List View

What is the issue?

In the File Manager, if any folders exist in the current directory, they will not display in the 'List View'.

What are the steps to reproduce this issue?

1. Navigate to file manager
2. Create a new folder
3. Switch to 'List View'

What were you expecting to happen?

This view should show all folders in addition to the 'Up One Level' item
