Google analytic configuration errors are hidden in console #203

Describe the issue
When first setting up google analytics on a site, any error messages returned by Google are hidden within the network tab, which give detailed explanations and solutions to common api errors. These should be display on page for users to easily reference/read.
Furthermore, when analytics are fresh, no data is available and will display garbled text, causing hundreds of console log errors to propogate. The component should check for this and display something along the lines of "Google is still collecting some data - nothing to display here"
To reproduce
Attempt to configure any google analytic settings and load the insights page.
Expected behavior
Better error handling and display.
