Feature request: Mobile navigation for control panel #207

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the control panel is not mobile friendly. The navigation is simply hidden with no way to navigate around. Page layouts and tables could use a little focus to better streamline them for mobile.
Describe the solution you'd like
The user should be able to click for a pull out sidebar to navigate around.
