Feature request: Saving Mailables in the Database #208

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Need a user-friendly way to create and track existing Mailables within the system. The database will house the Mailable's markdown content and generate the templates on the fly (replacing all the markdown content in the process).
Additional context
This is part of a larger update, which will later include a visual preview of the template your working on.
