Feature request: Ability to assign permissions to roles #209

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently its not possible to assign permissions to user roles.
Describe the solution you'd like
When creating or editing a role, there should be a section that lists all available permissions out as checkboxes, where they may be selected.
