Feature request: Mailables - Register Theme Mailables #212

Right now only the App\Mail namespaced Mailables will be registered as Database Mailables.
Describe the solution you'd like
We should include Mailables from the {Theme}\src\Mail folder.
Additional context
Should be included on Phase 2 of the Database Mailables update.
