Feature request: File Manager - Rename Modal #287

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now the only way to rename a file is to double click on the name or visit the preview.
Describe the solution you'd like
Should add the ability to click to select ONE file/directory and open a modal to rename that file.
