Refactor fusion:install command options

Describe the solution you'd like

• Remove:
  • --test option
  • --dev option (use --homestead instead)
  • --quick option (use --homestead instead)
• Add
  • --valet option
  • --homestead option

--homestead/valet options will mimic previous dev and quick options and set homestead/valet-specific db configurations, respectively.
