Can't install on Windows-based machines

Describe the issue

An error is thrown when attempting to install on Windows-based machines. Error is related to a leading comma within the MacroServiceProvider class.

This class can be simply removed, it only contains an experimental pagination Collection macro that's not being used.

To reproduce

Attempt to install on a Windows-based machine (e.g. through Laragon)
