Feature request: Sidebar state #416

The sidebar can be closed and open via the hamburger button in the top left corner of the Control Panel. Although you can open and close it just fine, it will always return to it's open state after a page reload.
Describe the solution you'd like
When the sidebar is closed, it should remember its state for the subsequent page loads.
