File manager root directory reports an API error

Describe the issue

When first loading or navigating to the root directory within the file manager, you'll find a console error in relation to a 404 being reported by the API. This is because there is no directory with an ID of 0, so there is nothing to query here.

To reproduce

• Navigate to the file manager

Expected behavior

No API request and no console error being thrown
