Feature request: Dark Sidebar in Control Panel #535

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Current dashboard design is great but I think there is too much white everywhere, I'm not asking for a dark-mode for the whole control panel but just dark sidebar option.
Describe the solution you'd like
add dark sidebar option to user's seetings, so every one can toggle it.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Apply this be default for every one, I don't think any one would vote against it.

This is just a random image from internet with a drak sidebar.
