Describe the issue

More graceful error reporting if FusionCMS is not installed yet.

To reproduce

Go through the steps of installing (currently not in docs):

  • Have a copy of Laravel w/ fusioncms/cms setup.
  • Copy .env.example => .env
  • Run php artisan key:generate from the command line.
  • Run php artisan optimize:clear for good measure 😏
  • Visit home page (ex. http://example.test/)

Expected behavior

A more friendly message or redirect to Installer.
