Feature request: Ability to move fields between sections #604

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We need the ability to move fields between sections.
Describe the solution you'd like
a) drag and drop the field on the tab of the section you'd like to move to
b) within the fields action dropdown, add a new "Move to..." action to show a modal and select which section to move to.
