Description
Describe the issue
When changing your theme, you need to manually clear the cache afterwards for the changes to take place. This is due to the way we handle settings and their cache. Settings should go through the same caching system we have in place for all other models so they're properly auto-busted.
To reproduce
- Create/upload a new theme
- Switch theme
- Visit homepage
