Hello,

the login name in the history changes constantly.

ID File User Field Update
258172 2017-11-11-02 08:20 Plugin_FusionInventory (6) Alternate username Change @ to
252720 2017-10-24 08:35 Plugin_FusionInventory (6) Alternate username Change to @

How do I prevent that?

I already know I can block the field, but that's not what I want.
The question is why this is happening.

I just saw that he doesn't display the tags for user and domain

so this is what it looks like:
258172 2017-11-11-02 08:20 Plugin_FusionInventory (6) Alternate username
Change user@domain to user
252720 2017-10-24 08:35 Plugin_FusionInventory (6) Alternate username Change user to user@domain

@dwtz
Can you test 2.4-rc1 from here: https://github.com/g-bougard/fusioninventory-agent-windows-installer/releases/tag/2.4-rc1
it includes PR #349 which is a fix for issue #337 related to last logged user wrongly set. If your issue occurs as user is logged out or not, it may still be fixed.

Hi @g-bougard

I'm on vacation next week.
I can test it at the earliest and then let you know.

Hey @g-bougard

I have now tested a new client.

If I am logged on to the server as administrator and force the start remotely via the embedded webserver, the following will happen:

Alternate username: Administrator@AD/administrator@AD
That's not entirely true. It should only be Administrator@AD.
The agent runs as a service.

If I start the agent as user administrator using cmd, only Administrator@AD is displayed.
That´s ok.

regards

Hi @dwtz

this should be a case issue there. IMHO, this is not critical but I'll ask you few more information when I'll have time to handle this.

Hi @dwtz
yesterday I released agent 2.5.1 and it should fix this issue definitively, see FusionInventory Agent 2.5.1.
Can you try it ?
I'm closing the issue but feel free to reopen if you find the issue is not fixed.
