can we "guess" when cron isn't working #49

if:

  • there are no auto rules
  • the job queue only contains N jobs
  • if the oldest N jobs is more then 1 day old

then can we assume the cron processing job isn't executing, meaning there is an issue with the system's cron in which case we can warn the user about that?

Sounds like a good idea to me. We could also populate the FAQ to say something about cron problems (sorry have not checked if it already does)
