Separate Monitor class and configuration in two. Now the monitor only communicates with the REST API, and the checks themselves.
The check create/edit form now displays tags in a textarea using the jquery.tagsinput plugin (https://github.com/xoxco/jQuery-Tags-Input). Took advantage of the need to add a custom CSS for one page to introduce the `renderCssTags()` helper, and move the `route` view param to a dynamic view helper (removes redundant declarations).
The 'save' event being emitted before the actual persistence, it may happen that it gets emitted even if the underlying document doesn't get saved. Therefore it is necessary to create pre- and post- events. This implies renaming all listeners, in the applications as well as in the plugins.
