Reference saltstack deploy and configuration of uptime #303

We're using saltstack https://github.com/saltstack/salt to deploy uptime and to configure it (via the API).

You can find the code : https://github.com/arthurlogilab/uptime-formula/ and here saltstack/salt#21478

We just wanted to let you know of this type of use of uptime and we could contribute a quick tutorial to deploy it this way.
