Status words. Use these, no others:

1. **`OPEN`** — we do **not** have the data (no archive, no frozen integers, no sealed corpus, no hosted catalog, no named public number we fetched and sealed as a fact on the page). **Only these rows may say OPEN.** A missing occupancy / residue / pocket key is a **DARK court**, not OPEN.
2. **`DATA SEALED`** (or the stronger term already true: `LAW FROZEN`, `PARTIAL_CORPUS_SEAL`, `CHARTER WITH ARCHIVE`, `CITED`, `LOOK LIVE`) — we **have** the data. The apex may still not serve that `game_id`. That is a **membrane gap**, not an open study. Say: “Data is sealed. Claim on apex is not served yet.” Never call that OPEN.
3. **`LIVE CLAIM`** — apex POSTs and returns a named receipt (02, 09, 11, 12, 13 as of last prove).
4. **`LOOK LIVE`** — GET catalog only, no identity. Hosted corpus. Not a named court receipt.
5. **`DARK`** — no served court key / no Claim page. **DARK is court status. It is not the same as OPEN.**

A developer who reads “apex unknown `game_id`” as “we have no data” has misread the row.
