Regardless of the entered parameters, the save key button never gets enabled.

Pretty sure I know what's wrong, but what's confusing is I'm not sure how it ever worked. Did it?

I don't recall testing it for Azure, but I guess it has worked for AWS. I guess we tested creating multiple entries and deleting them. But I could be wrong.
