Visualizations / Graphing: Problems with jqplot_box

Problems:

1. Environment can stall when loading the tool when processing started. User's report it can take a day (for what should be a 2 minutes max step from a GTN tutorial).
2. Graph is not always rendered after the three processing stages are completed (stall at the last stage)
3. If item 2 above happens, sometimes the viz is saved under User > Viz view automatically, and sometimes NOT
4. If a final viz is completed and saved, sometimes it cannot be opened under User > Viz using the pull-down menu
