Adds the hid to the list of dataset/job information on the show_params/
view details/info page.

@carlfeberhard Yes, is great. Describes the dataset itself. Useful.

Although (this is funny after all of our email convos) .. this is where I wanted the HIDs in the report. These used to be present until recently:
hids_info_page
