This PR updates the ui elements of the upcoming run workflow form revision. It aligns them to recent changes in the shared ui library and the tool framework. Additionally, it contains fixes related to the handling and rendering of workflow parameters and the history option form. It also contains an improved (less recursive) indexing procedure which significantly improves the load times. Additional the PR adds proper success and error templates which were missing before, such as fixes to properly display upgrade messages.
