  • Fix problem with current version of the Dockerfile related to the tool shed pre-population of database.
  • Run tests with a UID corresponding to the user testing Galaxy - running as root was preventing Jenkins from cleaning up after itself.

Fix tool shed pre-population against current dev.
I don't know how this ever worked to be honest - but these changes make a lot of sense. I think there was another bug somewhere that prevented this bug from exhibiting itself.
Run Galaxy tests in --dockerize mode as UID of tester.
Fixes #1541 and should really help Jenkins clean up after itself.
