Sometimes I wish to encode or decode an ID in order to do some raw sql queries. This provides a handy-dandy little script which will let you encode or decode IDs for that galaxy instance.

First 35 lines copied directly from communications script, perhaps we should have a common script framework some day.

why is it called cookie? 🗡 (should have been :D)
also will fail for library folders :trollface:

Because I was originally using it to decode cookies into session keys to test erasche/gx-cookie-proxy. Have a better name?
