Hey there @bgruening, I think we may need to update Roary as part of this. If we contact the Galaxy team at the Quadram institute (Andrew Page's group) they may be able to give us some guidance here as well. (Andrew originally wrote Roary.)

Any obvious updates one would make when bringing that tutorial into the GTN? I might have someone to work on it, but I don't know the area well enough to know what might be useful to include
