Updated existing DE tools (both have updated versions), plus add the others. All are available at https://usegalaxy.eu.

Note: One of the tools was specifically requested at Galaxy Help, but all should still be updated+added to ensure a complete analysis pipeline where all the tools work together properly: https://help.galaxyproject.org/t/missing-tool-annotate-deseq2-dexseq-output-tables/2293.
