Tool/version:

  • Trinity de novo assembly of RNA-Seq data (Galaxy Version 2.9.1)

Test history (new/clean):

Tests: pooled/not/both depending on how the tool accepts inputs

  1. single dataset = success
  2. pair of datasets (two individual datasets) = success
  3. pair of datasets collection ("paired") = success
  4. dataset list collection ("listpaired") = fail

Known but didn't have a tracking ticket yet.

Prior/closed: #143

@natefoo followup: tests for list-paired and paired collection fastq inputs failed this morning (immediately) at org. all in the same test history, tagged with "nov25" and the collection type (datasets 31-34)

Slightly different that original testing:

  1. pair of datasets collection ("paired") = fail (changed: was success in sep/oct)
  2. dataset list collection ("listpaired") = fail (unchanged: consistent fail since sep)
