Decrement button stays disabled after increasing value from minimum

Describe the bug
When changing the value of an integer if the minimum value is entered, the “minus” button becomes disabled. However, it does not re-enable when the value is increased.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to ‘…’
2. Enter the minimum value
3. Increase the value
4. Observe that the “minus” button remains disabled
