Weekly update - 30 march

This weeks update should resolve a couple of your bug reports.

• Chat log parses same chat twice (Chat log parses same chat twice #62)
• Show unhealthy game server in page builder forms (Show unhealthy game servers in page builder forms #83)
• Clone game server should ignore discord name (Clone game server should ignore discord name #70)
• Message player on token action (Message player on token action #131)
• Send token doesnt respect message content (Admin tools -> characters -> send tokens doesnt respect message content #69)

A couple minor bugfixes are included in this update as well.

In the following weeks I am continuing my work on the Permission & Logging V2 update. This means I don't expect to push out any weekly updates in the coming 2 weeks. Some minor fixes might be added where needed.
