Game server & Cluster QoL

Hi all!

After the onboarding & hosting upgrades I'm finally back with some updates that I know you have been waiting for.
Thank you all for your patience!

Not too long ago I posted a poll: What section is overdue for improvements? and you folks voted for the game server section. Below are some of the things I've been working on in the past week, which are all available on the dashboard now!

Minor improvements

• You can now change the cluster chat name on the cluster chat settings popup
• Deleting a cluster with only old (inactive) game servers is now possible
• Cluster overview mobile compatibility improved

New game server settings

The new settings page should make it easier to access frequently used features and info.

Change game server order

You can now change the order for your cluster pages, reordering the game servers in there exactly how you like it.

Global cluster chat

GameServerApp now supports cluster chat between your clusters. All clusters with Global chat enabled automatically share messages.

Bugfixes

• Online/offline status triggered to often (Character setOnline triggered to often #60)
• Community website "get tokens" link incorrect ("Get Tokens" community website page not linking to right page.  #406)
• Admins not being able to delete groups (GSA Admins not able to delete groups #416)
• Various fixes in background stuff
