Rename player feature (fix EOS chat) + bug fixes

I pushed an update to mitigate the issues with some EOS users, where the chat was not getting picked up due to issues with the (steam) name. You can now update the name manually, to solve any of those issues.

Quite a number of bugs have been fixed in the past week, and I'm expecting to push out more bug fixes in the coming days / weeks.

There are no big updates planned for 2023 anymore, but I will be around to provide support and hotfixes where needed.
