Gammu is looking for new maintainer

I'm the only Gammu maintainer for years. In past I was writing a lot of code, but I no longer have time and motivation for this. The only thing I manage to do is to review pull requests time to time. So this project is really looking for somebody who will pay more attention to it.

Things to handle during takeover:

• GitHub org admin
• AppVeyor ownership (not sure if can be transferred) or moving both Windows and Linux builds to GitHub Actions
• Document releasing procedure, it seems to be not documented at all, see https://github.com/gammu/gammu/blob/master/docs/manual/project/releasing.rst
• Website - the code is on https://github.com/gammu/website/, currently runs on my server
• Domains (wammu.eu, gammu.org)
• Facebook page
• Twitter account
• BountySource organization

We have started to use python-gammu with home assistant.
I am interested in taking over python-gammu, however, I don't think I can take over all of gammu.

Some people from https://www.smseagle.eu/ promised to help here. For now, the setup is that I will do the releases and run infrastructure (mostly website), but I'm not going to actively contribute to the code.
