Earthwork in v1 is built from accepted v1 results instead of legacy viewer geometry.

## Inputs

- Applied Sections
- existing-ground TIN
- station rows

Useful context:

- Region refs
- Assembly refs
- Structure refs
- drainage/ditch context where available

## Outputs

Earthwork review can show:

- cut area
- fill area
- cut volume
- fill volume
- balance rows
- mass-haul rows
- diagnostics

## Review

Open Earthwork Viewer after Applied Sections and terrain context are available.

If the viewer reports missing inputs, confirm:

- Applied Sections have been generated
- existing-ground TIN exists
- station rows are valid

## Known Limits

Earthwork is improving as part of v1.

Complex material rules, borrow/waste site authoring, and advanced optimization are future work.
